Greg and Donna Parenteau have owned and operated Parenteau's OOf-da Tacos for 18 years. They bought the business from their parents Marc & Connie Parenteau, of Brooks, Minnesota in 1996.  The founders, Don & Sharon Ramberg from Mentor, Minnesota, started selling OOf-da Tacos in the summer of 1982 at local town celebrations. One year later Marc Parenteau joined the Ramberg's and formed OOf-da Tacos Inc. and started selling OOf-da Tacos franchises. There have been five OOf-da Tacos franchises over the years. 

We travel throughout the area selling out of our 3 mobile taco stands (trailers).  We also sell out of two buildings at Wefest in Detroit Lakes, MN.
